Open Settings
Open TikTok and tap Profile in the bottom right. Then tap the menu icon (☰) in the top right and select Settings and privacy.

Go to Account settings
Scroll down and tap Account.
Then tap "Download your data".

Request your data
Select the data you want to download. For the best analysis, select "All".
Choose JSON format (not TXT) for proper analysis. This gives structured data we can read.
Tap "Request data" to start the process.

Download when ready
TikTok will notify you when your export is ready (usually 1-3 days).
Go back to Download your data and tap "Download" to save the ZIP file.
The download link expires after 4 days. Download it as soon as you get the notification.
